1770

The history of the Pelladoni family, as millers, was born in 1770 at San Fermo di Piubega (MN), historical documents conserved in the rectory of the country Testify. For more than 240 years the Pelladoni family has experience in the processing of cereals.

1974

In 1974 the idea of the brothers, Alfredo, Fernando and Eugenio, was born the Sanfermese that closely follows agricultural entrepreneurs, providing them with technical resources and enhancing their productions through the direct contribution of CROPS.

1985

In 1985 the Sanfermese Spa was born, a first step towards a new type of governace.

In the years 80 the Sanfermese Spa is the first in Europe to introduce the cultivation of soya in the northern Ceentro d’italia.

2000

In 2000 it is constituted corn Valley srl, a wet mill for the processing of the food maize destined to the production of Hominy gritz.

2018

today, with the creation of modern soy, legumes and super foods selection and processing plants, Sanfermese Spa produces ingredients for the meat-analogue and dairy alternative Markets.

For years we have been operating in the Agro-food sector, concluding contracts with our farmers to whom we provide the possibility of cultivating a wide range of products in a perspective of social and environmental Sustainability.

We withdraw their crops directly and store them in our factories where they are stored thanks to refrigeration systems of all chemical free.

Then we carefully transform the raw materials grown in our first processing plants, using renewable and clean energy sources, in order to produce quality Ingredients. Over the years we have managed several controlled chains in collaboration with some of the main every in the industry such as barilla, Kellogg and Ferruzzi.
